I’m an AI and technology leader with 13+ years of experience building software, leading IT teams and turning complex business challenges into working products. My work brings together AI strategy, solution architecture and practical implementation. I identify where AI can create value, design the systems around it and lead delivery from the initial concept through to production.
WHAT I LEAD
(Four areas)I translate business priorities into practical AI initiatives, connecting use-case selection, architecture and implementation. My focus is on solutions that fit the organisation’s workflows and deliver a clear operational benefit.
I design systems in which AI agents work with data, tools and enterprise applications to perform defined tasks. These workflows bring intelligence into processes such as classification, investigation, reconciliation and decision support.
I use AI coding agents to help build applications from concept through implementation. I direct the development process, define the architecture, review the outputs and retain responsibility for engineering decisions and delivery.
I bring AI initiatives into the wider technology environment, connecting cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, software delivery and the people responsible for operating them.
